So we have the body shop 3/4 painted.  The other side has the showroom and the woodshop framed out already.  Onto the pics

HRE wheels for a 2010 Range Rover

Here is a set of 22inch HRE 993r wheels that were on my Range Rover.  The wheels had a brushed metal center with chrome lips.  The customer who bought them requested the lips to match the paint color of his truck.  We disassembled the wheels and painted the lips Santorini Black.  We then reassembled the wheels and had the tires mounted and shipped them out to the customer.  I am hoping to receive some pictures from him with the wheels on the truck.

Some upgrades to E Class

Hey everyone.   Here is a system we did in an E class mercedes this week.  The customer wanted to amplify his stock speakers and add a bass upgrade in the trunk.  He was not looking for a show car system.  Just something clean that sounded great.  He supplied us with a Treo Engineering subwoofer and a 5 channel Focal amplifier.  We built a bandpass box for the sub to port in thru the rear deck.  The amplifier runs all of the stock speakers and the subwoofer.  To sum all of the signals to the aftermarket amp an Audiocontrol LC8 processor was added and flush mounted into the side wall of the trunk.  Well on to the pics..

Mazda RX8

Customer brought back his Rx8 for the next round of mods. He dropped off his RX8 with us to take out his system and do a full custom audio setup for this show season. Customer says he wants his ears to ring when he steps out of his car. Which means only one thing. LOUD!!!  We also made 1/2 inch aluminum logos to mold into his bumper.  We remade the exhaust tip pipes to come thru the new aluminum pieces.

Bullfest 2010

Today Chris and I attended Bullfest.  An all Lamborghini organized run.  We had a blast with some of our friends and met some new friends along the way.  Looks like we will have a few more Lambos for the blog in the next few weeks.  Thanks to everyone from DFC !!!

Audi R8

This beautiful machine was brought to us for some custom upgrades.  Here is the list:

Lamborghini Gallardo

Lamborghini LP560

Customer came to us with his Lamborghini LP560. He had a small list of things he wanted done. He wanted the whole center console to be stripped of the factory leather and painted Verde Ithaca. He had the Q-citura option on the car but wanted to change over the inserts to match his q-citura alcantara headliner. We also used Verde Ithaca stitching to accent the new design.

Mitsubishi Evo

This car came in for a full audio upgrade for the show season. We really wanted to show off what we are capable of doing for show cars, and the customer said no problem. He gave us a list of things he definitely wanted. He wanted to keep his rear strut bar in place, use bride material to cover all of the panels, and have a system that will attract a crowd at the shows. Here is what we came up with for him.

We built a 4th order bandpass box for the subs that is ported thru the rear deck of the car. There is also a custom trunk speaker setup that activates with a switch when the trunk opens. This turns on a set of speakers hidden in the trunk to attract more attention to the car at the shows. The front 3in and tweeter were molded into the pillars and the horns were installed below the dash. All finish panels were wrapped with Bride material and accented by CF fabric on the pressure fit panels.
